Call to Worship and Prayer: Psalm 100
1Make a joyful noise to the LORD, all the earth!
2Serve the LORD with gladness!
Come into his presence with singing!
3Know that the LORD, he is God!
It is he who made us, and we are his;
we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
4Enter his gates with thanksgiving,
and his courts with praise!
Give thanks to him; bless his name!
5For the LORD is good;
his steadfast love endures forever,
and his faithfulness to all generations.
The Apostle’s Creed
I believe in God, the Father Almighty, creator of heaven and earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary.
He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried; he descended into hell.
The third day he rose again from the dead. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of God the Father Almighty. From there he will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting.
Amen.
All Hail The Power of Jesus’ Name
All hail the power of Jesus’ name!
Let angels prostrate fall
Bring forth the royal diadem
And crown Him Lord of all
Bring forth the royal diadem
And crown Him Lord of all
Ye chosen seed of Israel’s race
Ye ransomed from the fall
Hail him who saves you by his grace
And crown him Lord of all
Hail him who saves you by his grace
And crown him Lord of all
Let every kindred, every tribe
On this terrestrial ball
To Him all majesty ascribe
And crown Him Lord of all
To Him all majesty ascribe
And crown Him Lord of all
O that with yonder sacred throng
We at his feet may fall
We’ll join the everlasting song
And crown Him Lord of all
We’ll join the everlasting song
And crown Him Lord of all
Revelation Song
Worthy is the Lamb who was slain
Holy, holy is He
Sing a new song to Him who sits on
Heaven’s mercy seat (x2)
Holy, holy, holy
Is the Lord God Almighty
Who was, and is, and is to come
With all creation I sing
Praise to the King of kings
You are my everything
And I will adore You
Clothed in rainbows of living color
Flashes of lightning, rolls of thunder
Blessing and honor, strength and glory
And power be to You, the only wise King
Holy, holy, holy
Is the Lord God Almighty
Who was, and is, and is to come
With all creation I sing
Praise to the King of kings
You are my everything
And I will adore You
Filled with wonder, awestruck wonder
At the mention of Your name
Jesus Your name is power, breath, and living water
Such a marvelous mystery!
Holy, holy, holy
Is the Lord God Almighty
Who was, and is, and is to come
With all creation I sing
Praise to the King of kings
You are my everything
And I will adore You
Call to Repentance: Psalm 133:1-3a
1Behold, how good and pleasant it is
when brothers dwell in unity!
2It is like the precious oil on the head,
running down on the beard,
on the beard of Aaron,
running down on the collar of his robes!
3aIt is like the dew of Hermon,
which falls on the mountains of Zion!
Assurance of Pardon: John 1:10, Psalm 133:3b
11I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.
3bFor there the LORD has commanded the blessing,
life forevermore.
O Jerusalem
They have told us of a city
Where our tears are washed away
And every shadowed valley
Is washed in endless day
They have told us of a table
Where the poor are honored guests
Where all the weary wanderers
Come in to bless and rest
Will we see the day of the city of God?
O Jerusalem, Jerusalem
Can we run away to the city of God?
O Jerusalem, Jerusalem
They have told us of a chorus
Where our voices join as one
In songs of celebration
That all our wars are done
Will we see the day of the city of God?
O Jerusalem, Jerusalem
Can we run away to the city of God?
O Jerusalem, Jerusalem
How long? Oh
Come, Lord Jesus, come
Come, Lord Jesus, come
Come, Lord Jesus, come
Come, Lord Jesus, come
They have told us of a city
Where all death will be undone
And all our tearful mourning
Gives way to healing songs
Psalm 103 (Don’t Forget His Love)
Praise the Lord, O, my soul
O, and all my inmost being
Praise the Lord, O, my soul
Don’t forget His love
Who forgives all of your sins
And who heals all your diseases
Who redeems your life from the pit
And who crowns you with His love
Praise the Lord, O, my soul
O, and all my inmost being
Praise the Lord, O, my soul
Don’t forget His love
Who satisfies your desires
With good and lovely things
Who renews your heart
Like a flight on eagles’ wings (x2)
Praise the Lord, O, my soul
O, and all my inmost being
Praise the Lord, O, my soul
Don’t forget His love
The Lord’s Prayer
Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy Name
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done,
On earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
And forgive us our trespasses
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil.
For thine is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory, now and forever, Amen.
O Praise The Name (Anastasis)
I cast my mind to Calvary
Where Jesus bled and died for me
I see His wounds His hands His feet
My Saviour on that cursed tree
His body bound and drenched in tears
They laid Him down in Joseph’s tomb
The entrance sealed by heavy stone
Messiah still and all alone
O praise the Name of the Lord our God
O praise His Name forevermore
For endless days we will sing Your praise
Oh Lord oh Lord our God
Then on the third at break of dawn
The Son of heaven rose again
O trampled death where is your sting
The angels roar for Christ the King
O praise the Name of the Lord our God
O praise His Name forevermore
For endless days we will sing Your praise
Oh Lord oh Lord our God
He shall return in robes of white
The blazing sun shall pierce the night
And I will rise among the saints
My gaze transfixed on Jesus’ face
O praise the Name of the Lord our God
O praise His Name forevermore
For endless days we will sing Your praise
Oh Lord oh Lord our God
O praise the Name of the Lord our God
O praise His Name forevermore
For endless days we will sing Your praise
Oh Lord oh Lord our God
Oh Lord oh Lord our God
Oh Lord oh Lord our God
